If we select the people option, we can find our targeted leads by inputting names, and ideal locations, so that we can find leads in the exact geographical area we need.
Next search with job titles, and departments, delve into different management levels, the time frame of last-changed jobs, skills, and years of experience, Identify the leads at a particular company or domain, Employee count, Revenue, Industry, Company list, find individuals with specific education degrees, education majors, contact info, social accounts, and by including or excluding keywords.

2. Email Accounts
We can add multiple email accounts from here such as normal Gmail, outlook email, and IMAP, SMTP, or business emails.
I prepared to use business email instead of normal Gmail because it’s a more professional way for business.
I will share both methods here, no problem.
First Let’s connect to Gmail. Follow these steps. You can also find the step-by-step guide for every method. Everything is okay in my case. So I’m Navigating to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab by clicking here and Enabling the IMAP option. Click on I confirm that IMAP has been enabled.
Here if you have a Google Workspace account, go to option 1, or if you want to connect to normal gmail then select option 2.
I’m going with option 2. Here we have to Navigate to our Google Account’s Security Settings, enable the two-step verification, and create an app password.
I already enabled the verification so I’m directly creating the app password and pasting it here on this page. And finally, click on Connect.
Next, let’s add a cpanel email, business email, or any other email provider through IMAP/SMTP. Enter your name and email, then username, password, IMAP Host, and IMAP port.
Success.ai also allows us to warm up the emails. Let’s go to adjust settings for further controls and information. We can add signatures, set sending limits, Minimum wait time, add Custom Tracking Domains, customize Reply rate %, and Monitor Blacklists.
Next, there are some Advanced settings to make warmup behavior more human-like such as enabling Weekdays Only, Read Emulation, customize open rate, Spam Protection, and Mark Important.
On the next page, Configure SMTP settings and click on connect. And as you can see our email is successfully connected.
3. Campaigns
Here we can see all the campaigns created before.
let’s get started by creating a new campaign. first, click on the add new button, name your campaign, and Click on the continue button. this creates your campaign.
Here you can see analytics, add leads, create sequences, schedule campaigns, configure sender accounts, and control daily limits.
First, take a look at analytics, here we can see reports up to the last 12 months, select custom date ranga and share it by downloading images. We can also activate or deactivate the campaign.
Next, we can track key metrics like open rates, response rates, links clicked, Replies, and Opportunities percentages with step analytics and activity history.
The lead page provides insight into Total Leads, completed leads, Unsubscribed, and Bounced Leads.
Next, import leads from CSV, Using the Build in Lead Finder Tool, Enter Emails Manually, and from Google Sheets. Let’s upload some leads via the CSV uploading option for testing purposes.
I will demonstrate using a CSV file downloaded from the lead finder tool. It is possible to add your own leads as well. Correct field mapping is crucial for later personalization in the tool’s AI writer. Leads without an email will now be automatically skipped.
We can also move the leads to another campaign, delete them, and edit the Lead Details from here.
