1. Dashboard
Dashboard is easy to use and is not filled with tons of unnecessary features. On the right, we have the account system status and any notifications. On the left, it tells you how many books you have created and how many people have viewed them.
So it not only lets you create your book, but you can also check out how many people are reading it in case you want to start a business around it or if you just want to know the analytics in general, which I think is a fantastic feature because it gives you a little bit of insight into your books and how well they are being created.
You can also see your analytics here, which we’ll review later once we’ve completed our book.
2. Create New Book
First Give your book a title and then put a URL. Next, upload the pdf. Maximum size should be 10MB.
After this, we can change the Interface Language. English is selected by default. I’m using its free plan. The free trial is just for testing purposes, so I can’t change any settings.
Here we can remove the FlipBooklets branding from the footer and also add our custom domain.
Next in the SEO section, we can insert Meta Title and Description to make it SEO-friendly. Let’s generate the description from ChatGPT and put it in the meta description box.
Next in the Design section, we can choose whether the book will appear with a single or spread view, and change the icon and background color of it.
Next, we can enable or disable the Right to Left View Mode from the Book Options. Also hide or display the toolbar on different devices such as mobile, tablet, and desktop. We can also Turn off the book sound and select the Book Page Type from magazine, brochure, hardback, or photo album.
Lastly, from the privacy option, we can Disable PDF Download, Hide the book from search engines, Disable external scripts & cookies, and protect the book with a password.
Now click on the Create button. The system will generate your beautiful PDF Flip Book in seconds, not minutes.
3. Flip Book Preview
If we share the book link with anyone they will see this interface. With the left and right arrow icons, we can go to the next and previous pages.
From the bottom control bar, we can zoom in or zoom out, autoplay the book, search and find out any information from it, bookmark the page to come back later, see the pages list, download the pdf, mute the sound, and finally enable the full-screen mode.
4. My Books
On this page, we can see the list of our generated books. We can copy the URL to send it to our clients, download the pdf, EMBED it into our website, see the analytics, and lastly view, edit, or delete the book.
5. Analytics
When the PDF is opened, you’ll see it in your analytics so you can track its effectiveness.
Here we can see the Last 14 Days’ performance of our Top 10 Books. We can see the Total Book Views as well as the total Unique Views.
Next a chart of the First 5 book views over time, Device Type, Browser Type, Operating System, and a Stats table of Per Book.
